Burley Insulation provides residential and commercial insulation services in Burley, ID and surrounding communities, including but not limited to spray foam insulation, attic insulation, blown-in insulation, crawl space insulation, wall insulation, air sealing, vapor barrier installation, and related services.
All services are subject to a site assessment and a written estimate prior to work beginning. We reserve the right to decline any project that we determine falls outside our scope of expertise or that presents conditions we are not equipped to address safely.
All estimates are provided in writing following an on-site assessment of the work area. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Estimates are not guarantees of final cost - final pricing may vary if site conditions discovered during work differ materially from what was observed during the estimate visit. Any changes to scope of work will be communicated and agreed upon before additional work proceeds.
Phone or email price estimates provided without an on-site visit are preliminary ballpark figures only and do not constitute a binding quote.
Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We will confirm your appointment date and time in advance. We ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, equipment availability, or other circumstances outside our control.
If we arrive for a scheduled appointment and are unable to access the work area due to conditions that were not disclosed in advance, a trip charge may apply. We will always communicate with you before applying any such charge.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other terms have been agreed to in writing in advance. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of estimate. For larger projects, we may require a deposit prior to scheduling. Any deposit terms will be clearly stated in your written estimate.
Invoices not paid within 30 days of the due date may be subject to a late fee. We reserve the right to pursue collection of unpaid balances through lawful means, including referral to a collections agency or legal action.
You are responsible for ensuring that the work area is accessible on the scheduled date and that any information you provide about your property - including its age, existing conditions, and any known issues - is accurate and complete. Withholding material information that affects the scope of work may result in additional charges.
For spray foam insulation jobs, you are responsible for vacating the premises, including all persons and pets, for the period specified by our crew. We will provide clear re-entry guidance before work begins.
We stand behind our work. If a defect in our workmanship is identified within a reasonable period after installation, we will return to correct it at no additional charge. Specific warranty terms will be stated in your written estimate or contract.
Warranties are limited to defects in our installation work and do not cover:
All other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Burley Insulation will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from our services or from your use of this website. Our total liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Idaho, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any legal action not subject to the arbitration clause above will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Idaho.
